I called Strongbuilt for some plumbing service. Cesar, the plumbing service technician, was very helpful. We reviewed what I needed, and he pointed out a couple of things that should also be done in preventative manner. He was good to work with; personable, courteous, and professional. I would easily recommend him.
My air conditioner stopped working all of a sudden on a hot July day. Strongbuilt got me in same day, which had to be tricky, since the weather was bad and must have been playing havoc with their schedule. They arrived in under 4 hours, and would have been there an hour earlier if it were not for the severe weather.
Everything went really well; from Jessica who scheduled my appointment to Sal who worked on my A/C unit. Jessica was very kind and found an appointment for me the same day I called. Sal worked magic doing temporary repairs to keep my unit running while we're waiting for a part to come in.
