Visited in laws in Tucson last week. The day before heading back to Albuquerque Mom turned on the AC and it was not working  properly. Called company original unit was from and was not satisfied with their answers and results. Decided to call Strongbuilt as they have the company in Albuquerque as well and I need work done at home in Edgewood NM. Thought we might get bonus points if we use them? Need all the help one can get nowadays right! Anyway called Strongbuilt telling them We were heading home and needed an estimate ASAP before we leave! The lady on the other end of the phone (sorry I forgot her name) put it out to dispatch and one of their Tech support and shop managers (Jeff Gray) took the call and made the appointment for his first call the next morning 8:00. He checked out everything and even spent time troubleshooting the old unit and was unable to repair. After gathering info needed he gave us 2 quotes baseline and middle. We went with the middle estimate and they were able to make changes with scheduling and installed new unit the next day so my 87 year old pops and 82 Mom did not have to go without AC. Sorry so long but I wanted you to know how much I appreciated everyone fromm Strongbuilt. We are a veteran family and so is the company so we welcomed the discount. The installer Mike S lead and David M helper stayed till 9:30 to complete the installation in 1 day. It has been a long time since I have been this happy with a contractor. Being one myself I appreciated their expertise on how the system works, warranties, product knowledge and the way they treated the in-laws was nothing short of professional and perfection. All of the employees we met and dealt with are true subject Matter Experts.   Thanks to everyone who made this happen, and we will be calling your company again.

I had Strongbuilt install a refrigeration ac & furnace unit in my home on April 6 & 7, 2023. The Strongbuilt team consisted of: Manny GM, Chris Barr install manager, Nick & Alex install team, Chris Sinseneros & Felix aeroseal team and Marcos & Chris Dominguez electrical. Although, I have had a lot of bad/negative experiences in hiring and dealing with contractors, that is what I expected more of when I hired Strongbuilt to install my refrigerated ac unit. Needless to say, Strongbuilt proved me wrong. Strongbuilt employees made me feel very comfortable dealing with them, encouraging me to ask questions (of which I asked a lot of questions). Any requests that I made of them, sometimes I asked more than once to pay attention to a certain request, I was responded to with politeness and respect. Never did I get the impression that you were doing me a favor by servicing my request’. All of Strongbuilt’s employees were very pleasant to deal with & their professional quality is hard to match. As Chris Barr had told me you received the Five Star treatment, of this I cannot dispute and I am very thankful and appreciative you are a quality company of which I would do business with again &/or refer your services to other people I may know. I am also highly thankful for the hard work and dedication that Chris Sinseneros & Felix’s efforts in performing the aeroseal work on my duct system. I know it was very frustrating and time consuming in dealing with my ducting, sealing all of the leaks (going above and beyond in their duties) to make sure my duct system was properly aerosealed. I am very thankful for Strongbuilt, not only for proving me wrong but for providing me quality and professionalism beyond reproach. And that each of your employees conducted themselves in a very nice, polite & professional manner. If you should ever need someone to advocate your services or quality of work, I would be the first person in line to do so. Thank you again for having professional employees and doing the quality work that every company should have when working on a customer’s job and for giving me ‘THAT FIVE STAR EXPERIENCE’.

Positive: Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness The installation was done in 2 days and appears to be functioning correctly. I will not know if the Suntrac device is performing as advertised until Summer. But judging by the speed and efficient installation I’d say that I have no worries. Great crew who communicated as soon as a question arose and were very polite, definitely would recommend.

He went above and beyond and was extremely helpful. He made a very stressful situation diminish quickly and the recommendations made were reasonable without feeling like I was being pressured into a service I didn’t need. Great Panda Care response on a Saturday for an issue with my thermostat! Tech was very polite, personable and professional. I just can’t say enough good things about Strongbuilt. They really know how to take care of their customers. They make us feel like family!

We just had Strongbuilt out today for the first time to service our furnace and we want to recognize our service technician, Josh Cisco. Josh is super friendly, has an awesome personality, goes above and beyond and is very knowledgeable. He is the face of this company and represents it well. He was honest and we truly appreciate it. You can always tell if a company if good by the people they hire. Also we are very pleased with the prices and the amount of services provided. We have decided to stick with Strongbuilt. We bought our unit from Strongbuilt a year and a half ago, and I have been very satisfied with their service. To me, it is the little things that make a big difference with companies. Strongbuilt pays attention to the little details, which I very much appreciate. When we needed a new unit, there was a scheduling mistake, and the owner himself called to make things right. When I call now, I love that I get to talk to somebody (a real person!) immediately. They work very hard to treat costumers right- things like texting when they are on their way, allowing you to track the truck, even little things like putting on shoe covers to walk inside. They have always shown up on time, usually in the early part of the time window provided. It seems like they truly care about customer satisfaction with surveys and follow-up emails, which is great. Every person who has come out has been very friendly and polite, today Mike Ballard fixed our unit and he was wonderful. Not only did he fix our heater, but he also took the time to clean up everything, and then thoroughly tested the unit to make sure there was nothing else wrong.

Beginning with their neat appearance and respectful treatment of my 90 yrs mother, they covered her floors and left the job site clean as well as tidy. The toilet installation was completed in a timely manner. The whole experience was positive and pleasant. Thank you, Mitch and Dillon. Sincerely,

They were prompt friendly and very conscientious about taking care of her issues at as inexpensively as they could since she is elderly and on a fixed income. Love you that it is a veteran-owned business! I will definitely be using them in the future.

Very friendly, highly qualified, efficient employees. Scheduled for same-day service and was able to get the system running in a few hours. Tech was able to find part for old system, pick it up and return within hours to fix system. Very impressed with service. Just added new split system for whole house. Wonderful service, great company to deal with. Office staff and field techs are very motivated, knowledgeable, and highly professional.

I recently purchased a whole house Enviro water filter system from Strongbuilt. Gilbert R installed it and did a superb job. All the copper fittings are very professionally done. I’d recommend anyone to use Strongbuilt as I interfaced with John M about this system first. John was very up front and honest to talk to. Earlier this year I purchased a new water heater from Strongbuilt and John M did a very impressive job installing it. I am very glad to have found such a reliable plumbing and air company for service.

After searching Angie’s list & feeling confident with Strongbuilt Plumbing’s BBB “A” rating & reviews, I called for service at 3:00 p.m. & was given a window of 4:00-6:00. John M. arrived at 4:00. I had a garbage disposal drain problem due to my poor choice of disposing “Chia Seeds” that turned to almost a concrete form in the drain! Amazing service. John went above & beyond with explanations of what should & should not be put into a disposal and why. He never rushed & left everything spotless. Strongbuilt pricing is really reasonable, plus they have special discount coupons on Angie’s list. No trying to hard sell anything either. John seemed to love his job and the people he serves. My husband was extremely impressed with him too. We asked for business cards to give to our neighbors. We will refer Strongbuilt to everyone we know. Thank you, The Walkers

John M. came out with his big diagnostic camera to check out the bizarre hole we found when we took out the old cast-iron tub in our main bathroom. Turns out there was an abandoned well under there, less than a yard away from the tub plumbing, and his camera hit bottom at 18′ 10″! Apparently it had been filled in before the house was built in 1954, but there’d been a slab leak years ago, which probably contributed to the settling of the ground. John was as interested as we were in figuring out what was in that hole (naturally we hoped for gold bars), and let me take as many pictures as I needed from his monitor. He was also totally cool with our two dogs. A great guy, wonderful customer service, and yes indeed, we’ll call them if we ever need any plumbing or HVAC work done here. Thanks, John!

Had another great Strongbuilt experience today with Richard V. Had my hot water heater drained and a hose bib put on. They are fast, clean and explain what they are doing as well as answer any questions. In the last month, we have had our pipes cleaned, issues with our septic tank and we replaced our AC/Heat system with a wonderful Lennox system. We have dealt with John M & John S as well as numerous others. Every experience has been excellent!! This is such a great company and they are all about customer service! I highly recommend them for any plumbing and AC/heating needs!

I cannot say enough good about this company! From a quick response on a holiday weekend when our AC went out. Having a fabulous technician check out our system, Brent, and giving us good information. We decided to replace it. They actually could install the next day! The install team was great from Brandon and Jorge and the third guy (can’t remember his name). Very efficient and completed it in about 6 hrs! We love our new system so quiet and keeping our home very comfortable! Highly recommend them!

My daughter referred me to an excellent company Strongbuilt Plumbing and Air. My 25 yr. old air cond went kaput. A Technician came out to the house, Jeremy was very professional, respectful to the customer, knowledgeable about air conditioning. We discussed options, he went the extra mile to research an affordable outcome for the customer. The technicians who came out to the house to install my new air cond/furnace system were very professional in their work, very respectful to me, did an excellent job of staying on task in the heat, completed the job in a timely manner. I’m very pleased with the company and my new A/C system and would highly recommend them to anyone. Job well done, thanks. And, a big thanks to my daughter Rachel for the recommendation.
