We knew that our furnace would need to be replaced. Strongbuilt has managed to let us get an additional 2 years from it. When they came out this year, they showed us pictures of our issues. While looking it over, we discovered that it was 22 years old! We had a new unit installed. We decided to go with a furnace/air conditioner unit (since the AC was also about 10 years old). Michael, Chase, Hiram, & Christian installed the unit. We are very pleased with how it is working and the improved efficiency. We appreciated their dedication to the job and their communication with us. *** Juan was here today to flush our water heater. It had quite a bit of sediment. He made sure that it was totally removed from the water heater. He was polite and professional.
