A complete comprehensive electrical inspection and safety check of your system will be performed. The connections in your electrical panel will be tightened and a thermal check on the breakers performed. For ceilings 16 feet or less off the ground: All smoke detectors will be tested, manufactured date checked and batteries replaced. Your ceiling fans will be dusted and bulbs tested.
VIP Comfort
Furnace combustion will be tested. Your filter and ductwork will be inspected. System airflow will be measured. Thermostat will be tested for proper function, heat exchanger checked for cracks or damage, and system connections tightened. Any other manufacturer inspection requirements for your system will be performed.
VIP Comfort
Your A/C’s condensing coil will be rinsed and inspected. Refrigerant levels will be checked. System’s airflow will be measured, connections tightened, and filter checked. Thermostat will be tested for proper function. Any other manufacturer inspection requirements for your system will be performed.
VIP Comfort plus or complete plumbing tune-up
Your home’s pipes, water connections, drains, toilets, faucets, and water pressure will be inspected. Your water heater will be flushed and gas lines checked for leaks. The gas sediment trap, venting, earthquake straps, and expansion tank will be inspected. Any other manufacturer inspection requirements for your system will be performed.
